About Lanark Press

Lanark Press was launched in 2020 by two professors at major American business schools, Marc J. Epstein (Harvard, Stanford, INSEAD, Rice) and Kirk O. Hanson (Stanford, Santa Clara) as a place to publish their continuing work on ethics and social responsibility in business and the broader society. Works by other authors will be considered if they address the same purpose.

The purpose of Lanark Press is to promote the ethical character of global society through publishing books and other works dedicated to this purpose. Lanark Press believes that society is shaped by individuals, institutions and the broader environmental context.  A portion of the profits generated by these efforts are contributed to institutions promoting environmental responsibility.
